During the peak summer months of July and August we may adopt a 7 day minimum booking but do ask for a quote if you want less the a week as we may be able to fit you in. We offer attractive discounts for extended bookings.

You can start and finish your booking on any day of the week, subject to availability. Although officially our Pick-up time is from 2pm and our Return time is 10am, in most cases we will be able to accommodate earlier pick-ups and later returns at no extra cost. Give us a call and we will do everything we can to fit in with your plans.

Please note that hire rates for certain Music Festivals and Sporting Events may be different to the above.

Damage Deposit on all bookings of £1,000. This covers insurance excess, and also covers any penalties that might be incurred during your hire. The deposit is to be paid prior to hire and will be refunded no later than 3 days after the campervan is returned, less any costs for damage or penalties. Hirers can take out Insurance Damage Waiver cover to reduce their damage deposit, but must provide proof of their cover.

Booking Deposit of 25% of hire charge or £200, whichever is the higher, to be paid on confirmation of booking (non-refundable unless otherwise stated).

Full balance to be paid 28 days prior to commencement of hire.
